Shift: First Supervisor: Customer Service Manager

​Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Fulfill all functions as they relate to inside sales order management: processing orders via order entry and adjusting orders per customer requests based on availability
  • Accurate and timely entry of customer orders (parts, turf, non-turf/distributor and international) into the business system
  • Verify pricing and accuracy on items being ordered in comparison to quotes and policies
  • Communicate order variations to scheduling department and customer as they occur
  • Provide basic troubleshooting/problem solving solutions to customer
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers

Education and/or Experience

  • A.S./A.A. from college or technical school and six months to one year related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of fluid power systems is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Good typing skills
