SMARTEC^® ZT

The SMARTEC^® Electric ZT is a single axle drive system that can be used individually or operated independently in pairs. Powered by a 48 volt DC source, the Smartec Electric ZT transaxle consists of a variable speed AC induction motor coupled to a gear reduction driving a single axle. The user friendly drive by wire system provides smooth acceleration and power yet produces zero emissions. The system is fully tunable via a controller. The OEM has the ability to adjust all drive performance parameters- from the aggressiveness at take-off to the braking speed when stopping.
