The market changes quickly. Hydro-Gear can keep up. We've shortened the product development cycle by using advanced 3-D CAD and Finite Element Analysis. And our facility was designed with flexibility in mind. Our product-oriented self-contained manufacturing cells each contain a bank of modern CNC machining centers which directly feed assembly lines that produce a finished, packaged product.

To ensure absolute quality, each manufacturing cell has automated production test stands. In addition, our complete engineering test facility does development and ongoing reliability testing. Advanced measuring technology allows us to make continual quality improvements.

Our capabilities go beyond just the latest technology and manufacturing processes. Hydro-Gear also has a team-oriented and educated workforce that's committed to continuing education.
